To place an order, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

4. Ordering, Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. A contract for sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed at the time of order confirmation. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Your satisfaction includes a transparent shipping process.

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Flat rate of $12.95. Estimated delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Estimated delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery Estimates: Are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
• International Orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price and are non-refundable.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We stand by our products. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

6.1 Eligibility & Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged (damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery):

• Personal Care & Bathroom items (if opened/used).
• Used Cleaning Tools, Brooms & Dusters.
• Opened or washed food preparation tools (e.g., Can & Jar Openers, Colanders).
• Custom/personalized items and products marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

6.3 Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Ship Item: Pack the item securely with all original materials and the RMA number inside. Ship to: OXO Sale Store Returns, 489 Court Street, House Springs, MO 63051, USA.
3. Inspection & Resolution: We inspect returns within 5-7 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, or an exchange will be initiated.

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

6.5 Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process. Standard shipping charges for the replacement item may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

6.6 International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of OXO Sale Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. “OXO” and related design elements are trademarks used under license.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OXO Sale Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the website or our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, warranty, tort, etc.).

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Jefferson County, Missouri.

10. Changes to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
